Question 1: What are some of the reasons video games were successful? What makes a game popular?

They give an immersive game play that is unique to video games only, its the kind of lean forward experience other than the sit back experience that movies give. Video games in the 2000's, were starting to get into stories, that made more exciting as you could make choices to change the story-line. A game to be popular,  needs to have a good story-line with good graphics. 
Question 2: What are some of the reasons why the video game industry crashed in the 1980's?


Gamers were demanding more from the video game industry and developers of the industry, the quality of games were very bad and the games like ET were released. They were just bad to play, so massive amounts of cartridges were put in landfills and dumps. Many other people had given
were starting to get interested in video games.

 Question 3: Do you think video games are a form of art? Why or why not?

 Yes, I think that games are a form of art, because nowadays Video games have a story to that story brings many people together.

Question 4: What is the next evolution in video games? What are the challenges that need to be solved in the next generation of games?


The next evolution comes with immersive VR games and multiplayer games in that.the challenges that need to be overcome are how to make games more realistic and have more story to them.

Final Project Proposal Overview: This is story about a boy who gets turned into a robot but forgets about it in the process. This game is when she starts searching for her past self. There are especially more emotional twists than action in this game. The antagonist is the department owner who later turns out to be working for the Military. The game objectives are simple, collect data chips by solving puzzles and use your acquired knowledge to solve further riddles and get all your memories back. The boss fight are mostly robots and occasional agents. At the end of the game, when all the chips are found the full past plays out and you win or you can keep playing to terminate all of the Army from your base. After defeating them you have a choice, you can kill your self, because your a robot or you could eternally live and no one would come near you, and you will be isolated until dark matter rips the universe apart, because others think you might kill them if they came near.
