Indie Games: The Movie

1.What are some of the difference between "big games" and "independent games" in terms of style/concepts and how they are made?

Indie Games are a form of showing the game designer's vulnerabilities and not polish the game too much. The "Big Games" are those that are highly polished and are made by "Big Companies" Ubisoft and Activision.

2.What are some of the difficulties the developers in the film had to overcome?

They had a lot of bugs in the games and the developers are facing other problems like bankruptcy, social isolation, deadlining, etc.

3.What do you think you would like about working on an indie (independent) game? What do you think you might not like?

I would like the way I would make the scene and story lines.

4.What is some advice you could offer to someone who is trying to create their own game, based on what you learned in the film?

I would tell them to calm down and use as much time as they need to build the game with a wide deadline.

5.For the developers, what is the best part of completing the creation of a game?

the part where you start selling the game, and you are so happy about what you did is really great.
